How The Work Gets Set.

SR-01

Scope In The Bid

The estimate names the system, the material, and the square. A bid that doesn't say what's covered isn't a bid — it's a guess with a number.

SR-02

Substrate Before Surface

Decking, sheathing, and substrate get checked before anything goes on top. A roof is only as sound as what it's nailed to.

SR-03

Flash The Penetrations

Chimneys, skylights, valleys, and edges are where roofs fail. Flashing and counter-flashing get detailed before the field goes down.

SR-04

Cleanup Is The Job

Tear-off debris, nails, and material are pulled from the site before the crew leaves. A clean site is part of the scope, not a favor.

The Yard

Deewood Loop Contractor.

JYR Roofing operates from Columbus's northeast corridor — inside the I-270 ring where residential re-roofs, commercial flat systems, foundation pours, and masonry work all run through one dispatch.

Five divisions under one roof means one contractor for the envelope: the pour, the frame, the wall, the glass, and the roof over it — one scope, one crew standard.
