These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by JYR Roofing LLC ("the Contractor," "we," "us"), 6180 Deewood Loop E, Columbus, OH 43229, United States, and the general conditions of the contracting services we provide. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of This Website

This website is provided for general informational purposes — describing our divisions, standards, and how to reach the yard. Nothing on this site constitutes a bid, an offer, or a contract for work. An engagement is formed only by a signed estimate, proposal, or contract.

2. Contracting Services

All work is performed pursuant to written scopes — signed estimates, proposals, or contracts — which specify the work, materials, schedule, and price. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed contract, the contract controls.

2.1 Estimates

Estimates are provided in writing and are valid for the period stated in the estimate. Site conditions discovered after the estimate — hidden damage, substrate failure, code-required work — may result in a change order with revised pricing.

2.2 Change Orders

Work outside the signed scope requires a written change order agreed by both parties before the additional work proceeds.

2.3 Warranty

Workmanship warranty terms, if any, are stated in the contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are governed by the manufacturer's terms.

3. Payment

Payment terms are stated in the contract — deposit, progress payments, and final payment. Invoices are payable per the contract terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and design — is the property of JYR Roofing LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to: (a) use the website for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading bid requests or project information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems; (d) interfere with the operation of the website; or (e) misrepresent your authority over any property or project.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JYR Roofing LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of this website, or your provision of inaccurate project or property information.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of this website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction. Contracts may specify alternative dispute procedures, which control for disputes under them.

11. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
